Detection principle:
After the aluminum foil is electromagnetic heated, on the one hand, the heat sealing film is melted to complete the sealing, and on the other hand, heat is transferred to the bottle cap through thermal conduction. At this time, the heat distribution on the surface of the bottle cap can be captured by an infrared thermal imaging camera. This heat distribution directly reflects the degree of tightness between the gasket and bottle cap, and the degree of tightness indirectly reflects the sealing quality. When there are sealing defects, the heat distribution will be abnormal. After obtaining thermal imaging images, different defects can be detected through corresponding image analysis methods.
